How much does shipping cost? Will I be charged customs fees?

United States: Free
Canada: Free
United Kingdom: Flat rate of £4.49 plus 20% VAT fees per box
You will not be charged customs fees if your meowbox is shipping to an address in the United States or Canada.
What shipping provider do you use to ship meowboxes?
In the United States, we ship with a combination of DHL and USPS. In Canada we ship with Canada Post. In the United Kingdom, we ship with a combination of DHL and Royal Mail.
Do you ship to military addresses?
meowbox ships to AE, AP, and AA addresses. Please note that tracking information for military addresses may be limited, and shipping may take longer than our usual estimate of 3-12 business days. We do not assume responsibility for these delays.
How do I update my shipping address?
You can update your address through your account or by contacting us. Please note, address changes need to be made before the 1st of the month to apply to that month's shipment.
What can I do if my order is missing, or arrives damaged?
When you sign up for meowbox, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking link when your first box ships. From your second box onward, your boxes will be shipped by mid-month.
Once they have shipped, meowboxes can take between 3-12 business days to arrive, depending on where they’re going. US and UK boxes ship from Portland, OR area, and Canadian boxes ship from Vancouver, BC.
You can also track your box by logging into your account, clicking “My Subscriptions” on the top menu, and then “Track” next to the shipment.
